Kelly Thibodeau, a white woman with medium length light brown hair and glasses. Kelly is wearing a pink jacket with a black t-shirt that reads Accessible Content Includes everyone.

Kelly Thibodeau, Founder and President

Kelly’s lived experience as the daughter of a disabled mom is the driving force behind her passion for accessible marketing and communications.

She’s on a mission to humanize accessibility and bust through the myth that it’s boring, technical and complicated by combining her background in user-centred design with her expertise in digital accessibility to launch bespoke courses to over 150 professionals from across Canada and around the world.

Kelly is a Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies with the International Association of Accessibility Professionals.

She’s a Board member with Level It Up, a nonprofit dedicated to finding meaningful work for people on the autism spectrum and she’s on the National Advisory Committee for Partners for Planning, a nonprofit that empowers people with disabilities and their families to create meaningful lives and secure futures, firmly rooted in community.

Lindsay Moore, Project Manager

Lindsay has supported organizations and creative teams in achieving their goals and simplifying their work for over a decade, often wearing many hats—from project coordinator to communications specialist.

With a Master of Arts degree from the University of Manitoba and Prince2 certification in project management, she combines academic expertise with hands-on experience. Her versatile skill set—spanning project management, content development, and quality assurance—allows her to adapt to each client’s unique needs.

Yemilo is a black Nigerian woman with black hair and glasses. She is wearing a white collared shirt, smiling and facing the camera.

Yemilo Audu, Operations Coordinator

Yemilo designs and builds the structure behind sessions, trainings and programs so they work in practice, not just on paper. The focus is on flow, timing, engagement, accessibility, and delivery tools that support the people running the session.

Yemilo brings systems thinking, accessibility expertise, and a background in sociology and psychology to this work. That combination allows her to identify gaps quickly and design experiences grounded in how people actually move, listen, and engage.

The result is clear, operational experiences that reduce friction for facilitators and help teams deliver with confidence.
